    1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

    These general terms of use (hereinafter, the “Terms of Use”) are intended to regulate and inform visitors or users who access the website www.indafi.cl (hereinafter, the “Users”) regarding the conditions that govern their access, navigation, and use of the site.
